I was recently trained on the IBM PC by Joan Garcia. She is an excellent professional instructor, who is competent, conscientious and very pleasant to work with. Her class is extremely thorough. She is very sensitive to any problems the class thinks it might encounter in the actual work environment, and has the foresight and know-how to come up with practical solutions, applications and examples and examples for any problems the class might hurl at her. I am very pleased to be supported by professionals, such as Joan, who is making the transition from Memorywriter to PC so much easier.
